Items purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy provided that :


1. Please contact us by email or facebook message 




TAGS AND LABEL MUST BE ATTACHED and ALL MUST BE IN UNUSED / UNWORN CONDITION  for you to return an item for an exchange or credit note.


     Credit Notes are valid for six months only, from date of the original purchase and may be redeemed either in store or on our website.


2. Please quote your Order Number when contacting us regarding your return.

    The goods must be returned in a re-sellable condition, which is at our discretion, with swing tickets still attached.

    Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for alternative goods or a credit note.7 day return only from the received day on the tracking slip.

FAULTY ITEMS - contact us when received and the items must returned as soon as noticed - maximum time is 1 month return. Put away items has to be checked by yourself when received , in an unworn condition with tags.


3. Please note we cannot refund postage costs that you may have paid, unless we have sent_you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.

    Returning an item does not affect your statutory rights. For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us.
