RETURNS


Items purchased from our www.littlechic.co.uk website can be returned for a full ITEM refund under our refund policy provided that :

 

1. Please contact us by email or facebook message 


     28 DAYS  - NON SALE ITEMS  
 

      7 DAYS  -  ALL SALE ITEMS    (this includes  any NOT full priced item - ie in SALE , during flash sale promotion , special agreed or discounted price etc)

 

TAGS AND LABEL MUST BE ATTACHED  and ALL MUST BE IN UNUSED / UNWORN CONDITION  for you to return an item


NOTE : ANY FREE GIFT OR OFFER RECEIVED will have to be returned with the returned item or the value of this will be deducted from the value of the returned item/order 


RETURN FORM on the webpage - state reason and include item tag , your order number or name

AND   We recommend to use a return signed tracked service

 

 

Please quote your Order Number , order date and name when contacting us regarding your return.


    The goods must be returned in a re-sellable condition, unworn condition -  which is at our discretion, with swing  TAGS tickets  still attached.  


Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for alternative goods or a credit note.

 


Please note we cannot refund postage costs that you may have paid, unless we have sent_you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed by us to be faulty.


Returning an item does not affect your statutory rights. For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery,  as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us.


FAULTY ITEMS - Under the consumer rights act you have 6 months to return item to us in order to contact the supplier IF deemed faulty. 


We suggest for your own protection you use registered  tracked post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition with tags attached.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items.
