DELIVERY - available in UK only - free over £70 (or £60 with a code on VIPs Facebook page )

Channel Isles - as custom declaration form may be needed 
We ship 2nd class signed and GPS tracked postage, 2-3 a week. Usually Monday, Wednesday and Saturday before 10am, for orders up to 3pm the day prior to - Business Royal Mail
Tracking number can be advised upon your request (Please put a note on your order if you wish to have this) 
After placing an order - confirmation and despatch email is sent from sales@littlechic.co.uk
- please check your spam or junk folder if not received and add this email address to your safe senders contacts

Tracked and signed service used and parcels cannot be left without a signature. 
Postage is free over £70(from April 2023) or over £60 with postage code on VIPS Facebook page 
Orders of £100 or more will be delivered by DPD courier and will require a signature

We aim to keep delivery charges to a minimum, additional charge may apply to certain items ie larger sizes
No other faster service ie second day delivery or first class by 1pm etc is possible
During school holidays and Royal Mail disputes - the delivery time could be extended 

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can recommend an International Postal Service, our regular EU and USA customers using

However our delivery service ends at the UK address - any returns or errors are to be advised within 7 days of UK delivery
as we would cover only UK postage for the return/refund 

Republic Of Ireland - NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE 
- but most customer prefer to have a free postage to Parcel wizard/parcel motel in Northern Ireland - and we would ship only there

We suggest for your own protection you use registered post - cheapest is 2nd class signed 

Any item refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition
- free gifts must be return with the qualifying order
when returning / depending on fulfilling the value / otherwise cost of this gift will be deducted
