Delivery Information / Returns


How long will delivery take?
Depending on what day and time you order, we will aim to dispatch within 24 hours. 
However we recommend that you allow up to 5 working days for the delivery. 

Note that during busier times i.e. Christmas , Bank holiday,  School holiday etc - please allow a little longer.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment has been processed.  Orders placed after 2pm might not be shipped until the following working day.


How will my order be delivered?

For UK customers - generally we use Royal Mail Second Class Signed For
-  Standard £4.00 2nd class Signed for ( March 2019 price) or a courier  if needed             FREE POSTAGE OVER £50 purchase

We aim to keep delivery charges to a minimum, but if your parcel is LARGER or HEAVIER we may use Parcel Force, My Hermes , Yodel or another courier we use at the time
(Additional charge may apply to certain items ie large size)

Channel Isle and Isle of man - ie we ship to JERSEY, Guernsey etc  
Please contact us prior to you order if not certain - but normal standard shipping applies -  £4.00 – 2
nd class signed for  (the Channel Isles and Isle of Man should be same as UK

Ireland – depending on which part but some maybe classified by Royal Mail as an International shipping – estimated in advance – email us for an advance estimate (depending on the weight and size)

For European or Worldwide orders

We send parcels – EU (most of countries) USA , Australia and NZ

ie we ship weekly to USA - please contact us 

(best is by email  or facebook message and confirmed prior to the posting, we will take to package to the Post Office and have the options estimated for you ie The exact  items will have to be checked for weight and must be below 2kg , advice in advance on correct items and sizes  ) 

RETURNS - 7 days sale items or on discounted offer 28 days full prices items

We suggest for your own protection you use registered post - cheapest is 2nd class signed for £4

Any item refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition.

The customer is responsible for the COST  of returning any unwanted items
