Delivery Information / Returns

How long will delivery take?
Depending on what day and time you order, we will endeavour to dispatch within 24 hours.

However we recommend that you allow up to 5 working days for delivery. The Royal Mail is well known for not keeping to the duration as suggested. 
Note that during busier times i.e. Christmas  and School holiday and Term breaks - please allow a little longer.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment has been processed.  Orders placed after 3pm might not be shipped until the following working day.

If requested – we will email you your reference tracking number.

 

How will my order be delivered?

For UK customers - generally we use Royal Mail Second Class Signed For -  Standard £3.90 2nd class Signed for (from 27th April 2017) or courier  

PLEASE NOTE :  if the postage is less ie light/smaller item - we do automatically refund back the difference 


IF YOU WISH to have an email conformation of despatch and/or TRACKING number - advice us on your order in NOTES


We aim to keep delivery charges to a minimum, but if your parcel is LARGER or HEAVIER we may use Parcel Force, My Hermes  or another courier. (Additional charge may apply to certain items ie large size) 

Channel Isle and Isle of man - ie we ship to JERSEY, Guernsey etc  Please contact us prior to you order if not certain - but normal standard shipping applies -  £3.90 – 2nd class signed for  (the Channel Isles and Isle of Man should be same as UK https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/98/~/sending-mail-to-the-channel-islands-and-isle-of-man

Ireland - is it classified by Royal Mail as an International shipping 



For European or Worldwide orders please contact us. We send parcels – EU (most of countries) USA , Australia and NZ

(best is by email and confirmed prior to a postage, we will take to package to the Post Office and have the options estimated for you) 

 

Q: How much will delivery cost?
A: Delivery within the UK is   from 27th March 2017 to £3.90 - 2nd class signed for  orders under £50.00


NOTE : If you wish to have optional faster delivery at extra cost – Please specify BEFORE placing an order. 

The cost is usually £10.00 but if we do send it by this preferred service - it is the Royal Mail responsibility to get the items to you on time - we can give  you a tracking number.

RETURNS

Items purchased from our www.littlechic.co.uk website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy provided that :

 

1. Please contact us by email or facebook message 


     28 DAYS - NON SALE ITEMS  
 

      7 DAYS  -  ALL SALE ITEMS

 (this includes a sale during flash sale promotion , special agreed or discounted price etc)


TAGS AND LABEL MUST BE ATTACHED and ALL MUST BE IN UNUSED / UNWORN CONDITION  for you to return an item for an exchange or credit note.

 

     Credit Notes are valid for six months only, from date of the original purchase and may be redeemed either in store or on our website.

 

2. Please quote your Order Number when contacting us regarding your return.


    The goods must be returned in a re-sellable condition, which is at our discretion, with swing tickets
    still attached.

 

    Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for alternative goods or a credit note.

 

3. Please note we cannot refund postage costs that you may have paid, unless we have sent_you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.


    Returning an item does not affect your statutory rights. For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery, 
     as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us.
