we do not offer any INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 
But we have a lots of regular customers from EU and USA using --- The Post Lady --- a service which I can highly recommend

Republic Of Ireland - NO SHIPPING - International postage cost would apply  - but most customer prefer to have a free postage to Parcel wizard/parcel motel in Northern Ireland - and we would ship only there


How will my order be delivered?

For UK customers - generally we use Royal Mail Second Class Signed For . Posted 2-3 a week 

NOTE Orders paid by credit card take up to 4 day to be posted due to the credit card processing delay 
- below £60 value Standard £5.00 2nd class Signed for (from AUGUST 2021
 ) or a courier  if needed    
(lower postage from £50 - free shipping code on VIPs Facebook group members)     


We aim to keep delivery charges to a minimum, but if your parcel is LARGER or HEAVIER we may use Parcel Force, My Hermes , Yodel or another courier we use at the time  (Additional charge may apply to certain items ie large size) 


Channel Isle and Isle of man - ie we ship to JERSEY, Guernsey etc  
Please contact us prior to you order if not certain - but normal standard shipping applies

We suggest for your own protection you use registered post - cheapest is 2nd class signed 

Any item refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition - free gifts must be return with the qualifying order when returning / depending on fulfilling the value / otherwise cost of this gift will be deducted 

The customer is responsible for the COST  of returning any unwanted items
